Ready to design your next learning adventure!
Hello, I am an Instructional Designer based in Orlando, FL. I have spent the past decade in the classroom teaching teenagers, but now I am ready to move into the world of Learning and Development.
I bring many skills to the table from creating print materials to strategic alignment to outcomes. I coach and mentor, I have a good time, and make sure that my students do as well.

What do I value?
Be Creative
I have lived a life that is safe and monotonous. I have attended training after training where many others were confused, frustrated, and just flat out bored. I vowed to myself to not live that way any more. So whether it is designing courses, training presentations, or cooking in the kitchen, my personal favorite, it should be fin, engaging and slightly dangerous.

Live with Integrity
One of my favorite quotes is "Integrity is being who you say you are. " Living life and making progress is about making mistakes but being honest about them. I have learned that by hiding challenges, time is lost and we end up further from our goals. So I make it my goal to live with integrity everyday, even if it is uncomfortable for others. If this is a problem, we may not be a good fit.

Impact
If life was only about me it would be a very boring life. This is the thing that i will miss about the k-12 classroom. I wanted to make a difference in the lives f my students and have an impact that would outlast me. This still remains a large part of who I am. I want to contribute more than a course, a document, or a training program. I want to know that those that I helped have better lives and opportunities as a result of my work.
